Recruit and maintain schedule of musicians and liturgists for Sunday worship. Coordinate communications between musicians, volunteers, and pastor;

Either cares for the following or recruits and trains others to do so: Candles, hymn numbers, flowers (coordinating with Flower Coordinator), water for pastor, etc.

Recruit and train teams of two persons who, on a rotating schedule, count the offering immediately following worship; develop clear procedure/reporting in conjunction with Financial Secretary and Treasurer with oversight of the Finance Committee

Set up the altar for Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month and for other Sundays and special services as indicated by the pastor; change paraments for Communion and liturgical seasons

Communicate about and maintain calendar for flower dedications throughout year, procure flowers or arrange for procurement by volunteers; coordinate Christmas and Easter flowers.
Nursery Coordinator: Arlene Schweikert
Develop a plan and space for nursery care during worship, including a plan for staffing; work together with pastor and others to implement plans.
Connections Team (fellowship & communications) (NEW!)
Social Hour Coordinator: Arlene Schweikert
Recruits volunteers to set-up, provide food, and clean up for social hour
Congregational Fellowship Coordinator: Dottie Baker
Recruits and works with others to plan congregational potlucks, retreats, outings, etc. to build friendships within the congregation
Education and Spiritual Growth Team
Children’s Ministry Coordinator: Arlene Schweikert
Work together with Sunday School teachers and any other interested folks to coordinate programs for children at Bethel; put together an annual calendar with special events/projects/parties, VBS, etc.; Oversee Vacation Bible School
Sunday School Teacher(s): Carol Josey, Beth Cherrick, Hyesun Schaeffer
Plan and coordinate all aspects off Children’s Sunday School program, including curriculum, Sunday School events/parties, staffing needs, etc.; Children’s Ministry Coordinator will provide support as needed.

Provides information/education for congregation about the spiritual discipline of giving; organizes annual stewardship focus/activities; serves on Finance Committee
Adult Education/Spiritual Growth Coordinator:
Recruit teachers/facilitators for classes, workshops, and other spiritual growth opportunities for adults of all ages

Receive and share information about camping opportunities; manage Brown Camp Fund;
